Hey guys so its been a few weeks since I posted but I have had this dud foot so exercise has been really difficult. However I am back to it now and it feels good:).

So mostly I have had stir fry's this week:
ingredients
tsp of oil
150g of veggies with 50ml of a sauce called xhin xhen (I think)
and 125g of egg noodles with 3 tsps of light soy sauce
althogther this meal is approximately 350 kcal maybe less
the great thing about it is vegetables are really filling so you feel less hungry in the long run.

Also learned a tumbler of water is also really filling.

I found a really great brand of muffin (irwins) with sultanas and raisins that is only 140kcal each, and so this has been lunch and personally I find bread very filling so this has totally tied me over until dinner.

Regularly I eat bran flakes, and have found them to be the lowest calorie breakfast cereal-they recommend 30g serving however to begin the diet I have upped it to 50g, to which I will gradually wean myself off.
so must get back to yoga very soon my body is falling all out of flexibiltiy and I feel it :(
So do you remember what I said about getting addicted to dvd boxsets-yes I did it I have excitedly reverted to watching Alias-which may be enough to persaude me to start a be=ring back Alias campaign lol
so until next week keep reducing the pounds:)
